Located 65 miles southeast of Dallas, at Cedar Creek Lake, the Triple N Ranch is now a premiere working cattle ranch and is the home of some of the finest registered Texas Longhorn cattle in the country.
As you drive under the Triple N Ranch sign in Trinidad, Texas, and up the gravel road, you will come upon the Gazebo-on-the-Pond, past the log Ranch House with its long porches and river rock chimneys, to the life-size statue of Frederic's Reminton's "Mountain Man" set under the flags of the United States, Texas and the Triple N Ranch, and past the working barns and cattle pens.
You will immediately begin to enjoy the peacefulness and country feeling that only a working ranch can provide - the escape from the stresses of daily life that can stimulate positive thoughts, personal introspection and a new perspective of life - as well as a good time. To add pleasure to the country life experience, the Creels, who are also gourmet cooks, wine collectors and world travelers, have added other amenities to the Triple N Ranch.

The Ranch House
In the newly expanded log Ranch House, with its two bedrooms, art gallery, Ed's Office (for he still practices law, although on a more limited basis- see Ed's Bio), full underground wine cellar, large modern kitchen (but with Nan's old-fashioned cast iron, wood burning cook stove), broad Verandah, and Nan's library (resulting from her old librarian days), the Creels are prepared to host their family and guests for country pleasure and fine dining. |

Party Barn and Stables
Inside this huge Party Barn, surrounded by the smell of fresh hay and clean county air, is a room for a memorable Western Party. With an old-fashioned bar, good lighting and wired for a live band, the Party Barn is the perfect place for parties, receptions and gatherings of all kinds. On either side of the Party Barn, stalls have been built to shelter and feed the horses. Nan can been seen each morning feeding, grooming and spoiling the horses. It is a pleasure for visitors and family to participate in the daily routine of caring for the horses and their foals.

Work Barn and Shop

The Work Barn, with its Office, Bunk Room, Tack Room, Feed Room, Workshop and Welding Shop (a legacy of Nan's Dad), is the mechanical heart of the Ranch. |
| |
Pavilion
Near the Work Barn is the Pavilion, with its large, red roofed entertainment area, complete with tables for dozens of guests, ceiling fans and lights for comfort, and a giant smoker for all kinds of meats.
|
| |
Jail House
For the guests' use, a few steps away from the Pavilion is the Jailhouse, with bathroom and shower facilities, a music system for the Pavilion, and storage for party items. |

Pond and Chapel

Behind the Jailhouse and beside the Pond, with its lighted fountain, is the Chapel-of-the-Cross. Here is a peaceful place for quiet solitude and pensive thought. It is a retreat from all stresses and a private hideaway for introspection, prayer and the opportunity to put today's problems into proper perspective. Surrounded by an eclectic collection of crosses and art from around the world, one can benefit from the simple, but always essential, experience of personal reflection. The Chapel is a spot for quiet pursuits and is a perfect setting for meaningful gatherings - weddings, pastoral retreats, religious programs and student workshops - all in a Ranch setting, far from the rigors of daily life. |

Barnhouse
Away from the main buildings in its own peaceful setting, is the Barnhouse, a small retreat with a small living room/den, kitchen, laundry equipment, satellite TV, a downstairs master bedroom and an upstairs bedroom, both with bathrooms with showers and country furnishings. |

Foreman's House
Separated from the Ranch House is the living area for Triple N's foreman. The Foreman Mike Permenter's House is a 12 acre private site containing not only the Foreman's recently improved residence, but also a detached two car garage and a large metal commercial building used for hay storage, and for equipment and other maintenance and repairs, as well as fenced pasturage for some of the horses.
